Chiller Replacement

The project was to replace a failing chiller serving the campus.

GRC provided architectural support to the project. Once the chiller was replaced, excessive mildew from humidity was found in the sanctuary.

The team devised a method to eliminate the accumulation of moisture on the high ceiling and trusses.
