• Provide ADA parking

The current project is the final phase of a two-phase project. The first phase was concluded in December 2022 which included lead paint mitigation and the installation of fire sprinklers. This project was submitted to the State Office of Historic Resources and approved. The fire sprinkler piping waspurposely hidden within the attic ceiling and tucked in below the balcony seat. The plans were submitted and approved since the work did not directly affect the historic fabric of the building.
