"The Parkview" at Cascades

Jointly owned by City of Tallahassee and Leon County, the newly named “The Parkview at Cascades” was positioned to be a premier venue, with stunning views of Cascades Park from each of the primary spaces within. The Board Room, Multipurpose Room and Green Room boast expansive glass and storefront systems, each with direct access to a private balcony overlooking the amphitheater and plaza. The interiors serve to further connect patrons to nature through subtle details that pay homage to the park’s natural features.

High-volume ceilings, dramatic lighting, and the use of refined organic materials provide an elegant backdrop that will complement a diverse array of events and decors. Neutral colors in a modern palette are layered with warm wood tones and natural quartz throughout. Shades of teal and blue are dispersed as accents, highlighting the connection to a cascading waterfall.

The space was intentionally designed to be modern and sophisticated, yet timeless, functional, and flexible. The Parkview at Cascades aims to attract members of our community as well as tourists, artists and vendors near and far.

Tallahassee’s newest community space includes:

  • ·A Multipurpose room to seat 200+

  • Includes a moveable partition to subdivide the space

  • Catering Kitchen

  • ·A Meeting Room which can be utilized for a variety of functions

  • ·A Green Room – primary function is to support the amphitheater artists and performers. Can also be utilized for public rental.
