John has over 36 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He has extensive knowledge and exposure with the Construction Administration process to ensure delivery of the project archived in compliance with the contract documents, drawings and specifications.

In addition, John brings vital experience with engineering system coordination, specifications, materials and code research to the firm to ensure the project deadlines are met without delay. He provides clear and attainable project objectives, project requirements and helps to manage the projects scope, cost, time and quality.  

 

John has demonstrated skills working with owners, developers, architects and contractors. His managerial experience includes directing day-to-day tasks influencing planning and directing an organization’s development, operations and administration related policies, objectives and initiatives. He fosters positive and productive relationships within the project team.
