Entry Plaza Design

The College of Engineering Plaza design arose from the need to provide more study space for the students.

Both Phase I and II buildings featured public atrium study spaces, but these spaces were continually full. 

To solve this problem a decision was made to create study spaces on the exterior of the building at the 3 main building entries.

We provided the following:

1.) Study tables with power poles

2.) Pedestrian lighting and Wi-Fi

3.) Reworked hardscaping and landscaping with additional bike parking

We also added sleeves for canopies to allow for outdoor receptions and events.
